Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-30
The Stack Letter ("we") respects your privacy and collects the minimum we need to run a newsletter.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe — to send you the newsletter. Subscriptions are managed by our email provider, Beehiiv.
- Basic, aggregate analytics (such as page views) to understand what's useful. We aim to use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To send you the issues you signed up for.
- To improve our articles and newsletter.
- We never sell your data, and we don't share your email with advertisers.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click one, the destination service may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Access / deletion — to access or delete your data, reply to any issue and ask.
- If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal data — which we don't do.
